Do you need an eye examination?
Most children and teens should have a thorough eye examination every year. Their eyes can change rapidly and they might not be aware of it. Adults may be OK with an eye examination every two years. Adults over 45 should be checked every year.
Check the boxes that seem to apply to you. If you check more than one or two in the first table or any in the second table, you should schedule a thorough eye examination.
